About Your New Job as a Service Engineer

• As a Service Engineer, you’ll have the right technical knowledge to analyze and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they’re on-site – whether that’s at set up, or during the period of hire. You’ll work closely with our Transport and Logistics Team and other members of the Operations Team to attend to customers’ queries, both remotely using our innovative technology, or out on site.
• Rapid deployment CCTV security systems: Delivery, installation, and setup of various security systems including towers, CCTV, RSI, and Reconeyze.
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions or technical issues both onsite and remotely, performing periodic maintenance, and diagnosing complex problems.
• Applying standard solutions and devising new ones for complex technical issues, ensuring installations meet applicable standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge through self-study and training sessions.
• Following scheduled assignments, managing local stock supplies, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Serving as a liaison with customers, and colleagues, and contributing to business development efforts while maintaining accurate paperwork and full compliance with health and safety requirements.

What Skills you need as a Service Engineer

• Experience in using tools and technology to achieve results.
• Full driving license, with a max of 3 penalty points. Please note some overnight stays will be required (expenses and overtime payable).
• Ability to use technology - the general ability to use MS Office and programs

What’s on Offer

• Salary range EUR 43,000 - 45,000 per annum (negotiable) plus generous overtime policy.
• Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.
