Working with one of leading insurance companies that provides insurance for homes, cars, vans and more. Looking to recruit a Senior Sales Insurance Rep for their Cork City Branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager you will provide quality customer service to drive and deliver all sales & revenue targets on products,

About your New Job as Senior Insurance Rep
• Deliver agreed business objectives and demonstrate the values in order to deliver profitable growth
• Deliver technical training & coaching in order to support branch managers and staff to reduce leakage & risk acceptance issues
• Process underwriting referrals within the limits of your assigned underwriting licence in order to write quality business
• Resolve complaints in order to ensure compliance with CPC/FCA guideline
• Adhere to all regulatory & legislative requirements in order to write business in a fully compliant manner

What Skills You Need as Senior Insurance Rep 
• Full APA (PI and CI qualified) or APA (PI or CI qualified) with commitment to do final exam at earliest sitting to achieve full APA qualification
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years insurance sales and service experience with excellent product & technical knowledge to effectively handle referrals & support staff to achieve their goals
• Good level of knowledge of insurance regulation including, but not limited to, Central Bank consumer regulation, Insurance regulation and Data Protection legislation
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performance, a strong customer service ethos and high energy to deliver sales targets
