About Your New Job as an Internal Technical Support Engineer

• Use your knowledge of technical drawings to properly produce bids and quotes.
• Clear the tendering backlog on the database and generate quotes for these customers and inbound customers.
• Proactively call suppliers and seek out products and pricing.
• Progress to account management by building relationships with customers and suppliers.

What Skills You Need as an Internal Technical Support Engineer

• Knowledge of technical drawings of chassis and assemblies.
• 12-24 months in a similar sales role.
• Engineering degree would be a plus.
