Job description

Our client is an e-commerce business/sports equipment retailers based in West Dublin are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in a standalone role.

This role will involve shaping the and executing of HR strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives, looking for someone with the ability to make an impact and facilitate change in the organisation.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of HR in the organization.
• Recruitment and Talent Development
• Acting as an advisor and partner to management in the business, offering support, guidance and coaching of all HR related issues.
• Development of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinaries, investigations and grievances.
• Collaborating with management to identify training needs.
• Overseeing some operational aspects such as facilities management, health and safety compliance in the business.

Requirements:
• Third Level Qualification in relevant field.
• Prior experience as a HR Manager, in a relevant industry.
• Knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation.
• Prior experience in a Strategic HR role.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.

Whats on offer:
