About Your New Employer 

  • A multinational company offering climate solutions worldwide in areas such as AirTech, FoodTech and Data Centres. 
  • Employing nearly 5,000 people internationally 
  • This job is based in Carrigaline with some travel required to North Cork on a weekly basis. 

About Your New Job as a HR Generalist 

  • This is a 6-month Contract job. Listed Salary is on a pro-rata basis.
  • This HR Generalist Job can be either Full Time or Part Time for the right candidate
  • Support the HR Manager on employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Process payroll for weekly staff and assisting with salary staff payroll.
  • Participate in full 360 recruitment life cycle including supporting the onboarding of new hires and the off boarding process for employees leaving the company. 
  • You will assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures across the company globally. 
  • Work with you fellow HR colleagues on developing new initiatives and HR programmes. 
  • As a HR Generalist, you will support training, learning, and development by co-ordinating and scheduling training sessions and maintaining accurate records. 

What Skills You Need 

  • 2 Years experience in a similar HR Generalist position.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software, HRIS and taxation laws is desired. 
  • Relevant Third Level Degree.
  • Ability to Self-Motivate and work off own initiative. 
  • Car Owner and Driver with Full License as travel will be expected to North Cork once a week.
  • Strong IT Skills
